The Reserve — where the city's best cocktails meet late-night jazz.

The Reserve opened five years ago in a converted Victorian bank vault in the Northern Quarter. We're a private members' bar first — walk-ins are welcome before 8pm, but from 8pm onwards it's members and their guests only. Our head bartender trained in New York and Tokyo before coming home to build a cocktail list that changes with the seasons. Live jazz trio every Thursday to Saturday. Strictly 18+, no exceptions, no kids menu — this has never been, and will never be, a family restaurant.
